China Semiconductor Technology International Conference 2011

Welcome to China Semiconductor Technology International Conference (CSTIC) 2011 to be held on March 13-14 in Shanghai, China. CSTIC is the largest annual semiconductor technology conferences for the industry in China, which is organized by SEMI and ECS.
We are soliciting papers from all persons involved in the semiconductor and PV industry, including manufacturers, academic and research institutes, equipment manufacturers and materials suppliers. CSTIC 2011 has 10 symposia covering all aspects of semiconductor technology and manufacturing, including devices, lithography, integration, materials, processes as well as packaging, emerging technologies and silicon material applications. Hot topics like PV, III-V semiconductors and MEMS will also be included in the conference.

China Semiconductor Technology International Conference 2010 (CSTIC) a Success in Shanghai

Shanghai, China, 26th March 2010- SEMI and ECS announced the annual China Semiconductor Technology International Conference (CSTIC) held on March 18-19, 2010 was a great success with 310 speakers and 711 attendees from around the world. IBM Fellow Stuart Parkin, Intel Senior Fellow Yan Borodovsky, and Director of Yale Center for Microelectronics, Yale University, T. P. Ma delivered the keynote speeches at the conference plenary session, and nearly 100 invited world’s leading experts gave their keynote or invited speeches in each symposium. The CSTIC conference has become a world class event with 9 symposia covering most of the aspects of semiconductor technology and emerging areas like MEMS, LED and Photovoltaic. More…
