China Semiconductor Technology International Conference 2010

Welcome to CSTIC 2010, one of the largest annual semiconductor technology conferences in China. CSTIC is organized by SEMI and ECS, co-organized by China's High-Tech Expert Committee (CHTEC). It is co-sponsored by IEEE-EDS, China Electronics Materials Industry Association and Chinese Society Electrochemistry. CSTIC 2010 will be held on March 18-19, 2010 in Shanghai, China, in conjunction with SEMICON China 2010. It will cover all the aspects of semiconductor technology and manufacturing, including devices, design, lithography, integration, materials, processes, manufacturing as well as emerging semiconductor technologies and silicon material applications. Hot topics like PV, III-V semiconductors and MEMS will also be included in the conference.

China Semiconductor Technology International Conference (CSTIC) 2010 Closes Successful Call for Papers

SHANGHAI, China – 10 November 2009 – SEMI and ECS today announced that the Call for Papers for the China Semiconductor Technology International Conference (CSTIC) 2010 has successfully finished with over 300 abstracts submitted. Eighty percent of the papers are from semiconductor, solar and related industries, while 20 percent are from academia.
CSTIC 2010 will be one the best platforms for technical staffs from industry and academia around the world to have face-to-face communications about the latest innovations, technologies and industry solutions. It is also a platform to explore business and collaboration opportunities in China. CSTIC 2010 attendee registration will begin on December 1, 2009.
