China Semiconductor Technology International Conference 2010
Welcome to CSTIC 2010, one of the largest annual semiconductor technology conferences in China. CSTIC is organized by SEMI and ECS, co-organized by China's High-Tech Expert Committee (CHTEC). It is co-sponsored by IEEE-EDS and China Electronics Materials Industry Association. CSTIC 2010 will be held on March 18-19, 2010 in Shanghai, China, in conjunction with SEMICON China 2010. It will cover all the aspects of semiconductor technology and manufacturing, including devices, design, lithography, integration, materials, processes, manufacturing as well as emerging semiconductor technologies and silicon material applications. Hot topics like PV, III-V semiconductors and MEMS will also be included in the conference.

ISTC/CSTIC 2009 Press Release
SEMI and ECS today announced the annual China Semiconductor Technology International Conference (CSTIC), held on 19-20 March 2009 was a great success. The conference featured 239 speakers and 550 attendees from around the world. Nobel Laureate and IBM Fellow J. Georg Bednorz, Intel Senior Fellow Robert S. Chau, IMEC CEO Gilbert J. Declerck and Praxair Vice President and CTO Ray Roberge delivered the keynote presentations at conference plenary session, and more than 20 world-known experts delivered keynote speeches in each symposium.
